The new showing service system will replace ShowingTime™ and launch in mid-November. To ensure a smooth transition for members, we will communicate often about important transition updates, training opportunities, FAQs and to-dos to prepare for the launch.
About SentriKey Showing Service®
SentriKey Showing Service® is a combined solution for managing showings, customer experience and property access.
Like ShowingTime™, SentriKey Showing Service® will be integrated into the Matrix™ MLS® System, so members can conveniently schedule and co-ordinate showings online. The system will have intuitive and familiar features, along with additional advantages to efficiently support showing requests. For CREB® members, this includes integration with our SentriLock-provided lockbox system. You will utilize the same SentriKey® Real Estate mobile app (or website) for the showing service that many currently use for lockboxes.

Training and resources
Live training sessions will be provided by SentriLock online via Zoom. These training sessions will be offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. with registration beginning Tuesday, Oct. 19.
Other training and resources, including on-demand eLearning and how-to videos, are available and can be accessed by visiting the SentriKey Showing Service® Hub on CREB®Link.
