CREB^®’s 2022-2025 Strategic Plan is now available for members to view!

In addition to our modernized mission, vision and values, the new plan provides a strategic framework and direction that will guide our decision making and investments over the next four years.

The plan includes key initiatives, such as:

• Moving forward on the concept of One Alberta Membership;
• Simplifying our funding model to manage our members’ cost to belong to CREB^® without forgoing products and services that are valued by our members; and
• Ensuring a safe, healthy, diverse and equitable environment for our people to thrive in.
