CREB®’s Condo Basics course is now available on demand.
This eLearning course can be accessed through CREB®’s Online Learning portal, under the Education and Compliance tab on CREB®Link, or by clicking here.
This course examines the following topics:
- Introduction to condominiums, terms & definitions
- Condominium governance, acts and regulations
- Using SPIN 2 to access land titles, CAD sheets, bylaws, and titled storage and parking
- Condo plan types and reading and interpreting condo plans
- Inputting a condo listing in the MLS® System
- Working with buyers
- Tools and technology, including REMaps and the CREB® Lobbybox program
The course also contains in-depth video demonstrations on:
- Using SPIN 2
- Inputting a listing in Matrix™
- Condo plans
- REMaps
The Condo Basics eLearning course can be taken as a standalone course, but it is also a pre-requisite forCREB®’s Certified Condo Specialist (CCS) designation. We are excited to announce that we will be bringing back the CCS program in the summer. Registration will be opening soon, with information available on CREB®Link.
