Dues decoded

By CREB®

When you renew your CREB® membership, you get access to a year of exclusive member services and benefits.

So, what exactly does your membership include?

First and foremost, CREB® strives to better meet member needs and serve as a consistent industry leader. In conjunction with our advocacy work, CREB® provides members with a spectrum of essential resources.

Cutting edge business tools
As a CREB® member, you get access to Pillar 9™ products and services, including the provincial MLS® System, ShowingTime and Prospects CRM to name a few.

You also get access to SentriLock and the CREB® LobbyBox program, as well as a variety of digital products, pro photos, 3D listings and graphic design services, directly from CREB®.

Education and insight
Information about detailed housing data and statistics is always at your fingertips and on-hand to help you assess market conditions and translate valuable information to your clients. You also benefit from a wide range of complimentary events and educational opportunities that support diverse learning needs.

Advice, guidance and interpretation on policies, procedures and emerging issues is available from CREB®'s Member Practice department so you have the tools you need to conduct business in the highest ethical, professional and co-operative manner.

Community investment
Collectively, you and your peers help our communities most vulnerable have safe shelter and a place to call home through the CREB® REALTOR® Community Foundation. Every dollar donated goes directly to non-profit organizations who deliver housing and shelter-based solutions for people who need it most.

Support services
Access on-demand support from CREB®’s help desk and member services centre, where staff have extensive experience in customer service and technical support. The team's number one focus is to assist CREB® members, and they are always a phone call or email away, seven days a week.

Industry advocacy
CREB®’s Political Action Committee (PAC) represents you and our 5,300 members on the public stage. They consult with municipal, provincial and federal stakeholders to make positive changes in Calgary’s real estate industry that benefit all members collectively.

Investment in each other
If you or your peers are ever diagnosed with a critical life-threatening illness, you are eligible to receive a one-time per lifetime, non-taxable lump-sum benefit of $12,500 on behalf of the member driven Critical Illness Benefit Society (CIBS).

So, what are you waiting for? Please be sure to pay your dues so you don’t miss out on another year accessing these benefits and more!

CREB®’s annual dues for 2021 remain at $603.45 and are due Friday, Feb. 26 at noon.
