We recently made changes to the monthly housing statistics to make them more visual and easier to digest for your clients.

Based on member feedback, we realized there was still a desire for the detailed analysis of property types and individual surrounding areas. Starting Oct. 1, these details will be added back into the stats package, while also providing the concise version for your clients.

City of Calgary Monthly Snapshot
The City of Calgary Monthly Snapshot will have insightful commentary for each product type.

Detailed City of Calgary Report
To create a more robust and inclusive document, we have added the summary pages of the Calgary Monthly Snapshot to the Detailed City of Calgary Report. 

Regional Monthly Report
A brief written overview for Airdrie, Okotoks and Cochrane will now be included in the Regional Monthly Report so our members can have more insight into these communities.
