Have you completed the Pillar 9™ Member Satisfaction Survey?

If so, thanks! We need to know what you think about the system and, specifically, how it can be better. If you haven’t already, this is your chance to tell us what is important to you regarding your Pillar 9™ experience.

Since the launch of the new provincial MLS^® System in early July, we received a lot of member feedback expressing your challenges. You had something to say and we have been listening.

Now, after a few months of getting used to the system, your experiences need to be quantified and qualified. We want to hear from every member and so does Pillar 9™.

Framework Partners Inc., an independent research firm, is administering the satisfaction survey on our behalf and has also sent a very similar survey to all other non-CREB^® Pillar 9™ subscribers. It is important for Pillar 9™ to hear the feedback of all Alberta REALTORS^® who use their system, so we will be including our survey results in the full survey data pool.

We all want to see meaningful change that will improve the MLS^® System for our members, so this form of collaboration is essential and timely.

The survey closes Friday, Nov. 27, 2020 and all responses will be kept confidential and anonymous. Check your inboxes for a reminder email from Framework and click on the link to access the survey.
