CREB^®’s Pillar 9™ Satisfaction Survey is now in your inbox.

The email was sent this morning (Nov. 3) from Framework Partners Inc., an independent research firm, who will administer the survey on our behalf.

Migrating nine boards into a single-point MLS^® System is no easy feat, and we acknowledge that there were challenges along the way. We received a lot of member feedback and vowed to not rest until we got it right.

CREB^®’s Pillar 9™ MLS^® System satisfaction survey is the next step in this conversation.

This is your chance to tell us what is important to you regarding the Pillar 9™ MLS^® System – the backbone of the REALTOR^® value proposition. We need your input to keep making it better.

The questions will be robust so please allow up to 30 minutes to complete the survey.

Your honest opinion is important to us. CREB^® will present key findings to Pillar 9™ to help guide meaningful change that will improve the MLS^® System for our members.

As a thank you for your time and feedback, there are 115 prizes to be won. Each week, respondents who fully complete the survey will be entered into a confidential draw to win one of the following prizes:

The survey closes Friday, Nov. 27, 2020. To be eligible for the giveaway, your completed survey must be submitted on or before this date.
