The Green Building Technologies team at SAIT is creating a new course exclusively for the real estate industry, and they need your input!

Set to launch in 2021, this new course will provide real estate professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to work with sustainable and green properties. 

REALTORS^® will have the opportunity to learn about topics such as:

• Indoor air quality;
• Solar panels;
• New building codes;
• Xeriscaping;
• Energy efficiency;
• Toxic building materials;
• Blower door tests;
• Smart home features;
• Water conservation;
• Green building rating systems;
• Geothermal energy;
• R-values; and
• Much more!

In order to create the customized curriculum, SAIT is hosting focus groups to gain more information about what REALTORS^® want to learn about. This is your opportunity to guide them as they lay out the modules and topics that will be most relevant, valuable and insightful to the real estate industry.
