Exciting things are coming as we move toward the next step in our community investment evolution. 

Introducing our new grant structure

Over the next few months, the foundation will deploy three new grant streams to create housing (Legacy Grants) keep people housed (Community Grants) and improve housing quality (Transformation Grants).

The goal is to make our communities measurably better by diversifying our portfolio of giving in the area of housing and shelter.
