Tech Tip 9: Searching for leased properties

Getting hands on with the new input tool is the best way to learn, but sometimes it’s nice have someone point you in the right direction. We're talking about searching for leased properties in this tech tip.

With Pillar 9™, leased is no longer a property status and can only be found as a transaction type.

So, members who are searching for leased properties, for example the number of leased properties in the last 180 days, would complete the following search:

Navigate to Matrix™ --> Search --> Commercial Select “Sold” from the Status list with the desired date range Select “Leased” Add any additional search criteria as desired
