Strategic Plan

Our future direction

By CREB®

In a time of change, we want a healthy evolution, not a revolution. That’s why CREB® has extended our current strategic plan to guide us through 2021-2022.

The foundation for CREB®’s high-performance success is our comprehensive strategic plan, which established priorities that guided our organizational decision-making and investments over the last three years (2018-2020).

In each year set out in this plan, CREB®’s board of directors and management team come together to review plan progress, refresh our environmental scan and determine whether changes to our strategy are required.

As we entered the last year of the strategic plan (2020), work to deliver a provincial MLS® System and emerging dialogue on One Alberta Membership motivated the decision to extend our plan by two years.

As these two pivotal initiatives unfold, CREB® will keep a watchful eye on strategic impact and develop a new plan as they come to a close.

Our extended 2018-2022 strategic plan includes the same mission and vision that reinforce our emphasis on members and their needs. It also includes our five priorities of focus – members, stakeholders, internal systems, financial and people.

The strategic priorities outlined in the plan will continue to define what we will focus on achieving from 2021-2022.
