New Condo Rules In Effect

By CREB®

The Government of Alberta has implemented new condominium regulations that came into effect Jan. 1, 2020.

What's new?

  • New fee caps for condominium documents
  • New rules for rush documents
  • Owners can now copy and distribute their documents as they see fit

How much do documents cost?

The new regulation changes how documents are grouped, how their fees are capped, and the cost to have documents delivered within three days. See AREA's categories & costs sheet here.
