Government of Alberta’s COVID-19 announcement (Nov. 24)
As we learned in Nov. 24’s COVID-19 announcement from the Government of Alberta, the province has implemented new mandatory restrictions to help slow the spread in our community.

Open houses and showings
The Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA) announced they have reinstituted a ban on all in-person open houses for REALTORS®. To read the full announcement, click here.

Mandatory Face Masks
Effective immediately, masks are now mandatory for all indoor workplaces and all in-person showings. Read more on our COVID-19 FAQs page.
COVID-19 disclosure forms for REALTORS®
The COVID-19 disclosure forms for REALTORS® were last updated on Nov. 12, 2020 and are now available on CREB®Link. The updates were made as a result of the amount of time that has passed since COVID-19 began and the Border Testing Project.
Please ensure you download the latest forms from CREB®Link and dispose of any old versions of these forms that you have printed or saved to your computer.
CREB®Now’s photography and 3D services
Our photography and 3D services remain open under a limited capacity. However, at this time, we will only be accepting requests to provide photography and 3D shoots for vacant homes.

CREB® building access
CREB® staff have returned to working remotely with key support staff and some the leadership team remaining in the building.
CREB® members will now be required to book appointments to visit the Member Services Centre. To book an appointment, please call 403-781-5454.
