When it comes to showings, communication is key. Enable SentriLock showing notifications so your clients are automatically notified when showings of their home begin and end.

Notifications to your client are triggered by the following actions:

Beginning of showing notification trigger:

• Key compartment is opened by a non-lockbox owner.

Ending of showing notification triggers:

• Agent vacates a half mile radius.
• Agent opens another lockbox.
• 90 minutes have elapsed and another condition has not been met.

Please make sure that after you remove the key from the lockbox at the beginning of your showing that you close the lockbox. This way, when you access the lockbox to put the key back at the end of the showing, the end of showing notification will send when it is closed again for the second time.
