Prospects version 3.08 is here! And with it comes some exciting new features designed to help your business. 

This update was rolled out on June 7, so you may have noticed some of the changes already. Here’s an overview of the updates that were made:

Change to Letters

Letters are now called Campaigns and have been made easier to access. You can find the Send Campaign and Send Virtual Card features directly under the Action menu.

Simplified Lead Source Management

You can now select from a default list of lead sources, define the keyword you want to tag new leads with, and specify the action plan you want to trigger once the lead has been accepted.

As always, if you work in a team you can define who leads should be assigned to, based on the lead source. Please note, however, the ability to send notifications to an additional email has been deactivated.

More Team Permission Options

Team administrators can now grant or remove edit rights to text and action plan templates.

Refreshed Text Templates

All default text templates have been refreshed.
