Year one of three in review

By CREB®
Having an inclusive and focused strategic plan is a core contributor to CREB®’s high performance. Delivering on that plan is what guides us to continued success.

In 2018, we launched our new 2018-2020 strategic plan and reported on first half achievements in August. The back half of 2018 was just as successful and CREB®’s Board of Directors is pleased to report on these wins in the 2018 year-end report.

Here are a few notable outcomes:

  • Commitment to continuing education illustrated through 53 professional development offerings with 1,442 registrants attending;
  • Greater public presence for crebnow.com with a site redesign increasing volume and length of visits;
  • Member driven and member tested change to repatriate multi-unit listings with four units or less to residential Matrix™;
  • REALTOR® community support showcased with 683 volunteer hours logged in support of CREB® Charitable Foundation initiatives such as Habitat for Humanity, Inn from the Cold, and Made by Momma; and
  • CREB® Charitable Foundation was honoured by Habitat for Humanity, Southern Alberta for their $1M, 3-year commitment at the Silvercreek launch event.

About our strategic plan:

The foundation for CREB®’s high-performance success is our comprehensive strategic plan. Our 2018-2020 strategic plan establishes a mission and vision that reinforce our emphasis on members and their needs. It also defines our five priorities of focus – members, stakeholders, internal systems, financial and people.
