Nominations for the T.W.H. (Bill) Saunders Memorial Award, also known as the REALTOR^® of the Year award, are being accepted until March 1.  

To qualify for this award, nominees must meet the following criteria: 

• Lives the Golden Rule in real estate, treating others as they would want to be treated, as a true professional; 
• Exemplifies caring and humanity, not just within our membership, but for the greater community; 
• Is making outstanding contributions to both real estate and to the community through volunteerism; and 
• Has a minimum of 5 continuous years of membership with CREB^®. 

The winner of this award will be announced at CREB^®’s Diamond Gala celebration in May.
