• Conditions to be met for release of keys;
• Limitations of walk-throughs;
• Conveyancing protocol, its uses and limitations; and
• How to estimate closing costs for the buyer and the seller.

Review relevant RPR provisions in standard forms and examine:

• The consequences of non-compliance;
• What needs to be shown;
• Age restrictions;
• Encroachment agreements; and 
• Relaxations.  

This course will provide useful checklists that will help you review and analyze numerous examples of non-complying RPRs.
