Committee members will investigate complaints brought forth by CREB^®, CREB^® members and members of the public related to CREB^® Rules, Bylaws and the REALTOR^® Code.

Inquiry Committee members:  

• Make preliminary investigations and evaluations of the complaint as required to determine whether the complaint warrants further consideration by an Inquiry Panel;
• Serve as chairpersons and panel members on Investigating Teams, Inquiry Hearings, Penalty Hearings, Show Cause Hearings, Appeal Hearings, Consolidated Hearings and Arbitrations;
• Write reports, notices, letters and other correspondence as required to uphold CREB^® tribunal and
