Committee members will investigate complaints brought forth by CREB®, CREB® members and members of the public related to CREB® Rules, Bylaws and the REALTOR® Code.
Inquiry Committee members:
- Make preliminary investigations and evaluations of the complaint as required to determine whether the complaint warrants further consideration by an Inquiry Panel;
- Serve as chairpersons and panel members on Investigating Teams, Inquiry Hearings, Penalty Hearings, Show Cause Hearings, Appeal Hearings, Consolidated Hearings and Arbitrations;
- Write reports, notices, letters and other correspondence as required to uphold CREB® tribunal and
- So much more!
