Awards Criteria
- Nominees must live the Golden Rule in real estate, treating others as we would want to be treated, as a true professional;
- Exemplify caring and humanity not just within our membership, but for the greater community;
- Make outstanding contributions to both real estate and to the community through volunteerism; and
- Have a minimum of five continuous years with CREB®.

Created in memory of Thomas William Henry Saunders (1903-1977), the award lives on to inspire REALTORS® to be the best they can be both professionally and in their community.
