Last week, we shared details about a firmware update that was available for the SentriLock key management system. This option was put forward to help members address a number of lockbox issues, but unfortunately it didn’t ultimately deliver the solution we were after.

Since we connected last, our team has been working hard to find a suitable resolution. This process is not yet fully complete, but as promised in our communication to members last week, we have an update on the progress we’ve made with SentriLock to date.
