Lockboxes in Central Alberta

By CREB®

Have a client who’s moving to Central Alberta? If so, you’ll need to request access to the Central Alberta REALTOR® Association (CARA) key management system.

Here are a few simple steps to gain access:

  1. Request a co-op key agreement form by calling the CARA office at 403-343-0881 or emailing Catherine Virtucio with CARA customer service at cvirtucio@carassociation.ca.
  2. Review the agreement, complete the form and send it back to CARA by fax at 403-347-9080 or email at cvirtucio@carassociation.ca
  3. Download the Supra eKEY app on your phone.
  4. Read up on the proper Supra lockbox operation

Co-op key agreement forms must be submitted to CARA’s office 24 hours in advance, no later than 3 p.m., to ensure activation the following day.

When using CARA’s key management system, the maximum time frame for temporary access is three days.

You can also find access agreements for other areas, such as Lethbridge and district, and South Central Alberta, by checking out the important documents page on SentriLock Hub.

If you have any additional questions about key management system access in regions outside of Calgary, please contact our Help Desk at 403-781-1379 or helpdek@creb.ca.
