Want to make a difference in our industry and gain valuable training and experience? Join the City of Calgary’s Assessment Review Board (ARB).

ARB is an independent and impartial board that hears formal complaints from the public who disagree with the assessed values of property and business, as determined by The City of Calgary. 

Applicants should have a background in law, assessment, real estate, property management, property development or property appraisal. 

Candidates must have good analytical skills, an intimate interest and knowledge in real estate, the ability to be fair and open-minded, and capacity to work collaboratively with stakeholders, the General Chair, other ARB members and staff.
