One of the many useful features in the SentriSmart app are End of Showing notifications. This platform is designed to let you know (as the listing agent) when your property is available after a showing.
An end of showing notification will be sent to the listing agent when:
- The showing agent has moved outside of a one kilometre radius of the property (also known as geofencing)
- The showing agent accesses any other key compartment after the initial access of the listing agent’s lockbox
- Ninty minutes have elapsed since the showing began and the showing did not end by one of the triggers listed above
Note: This setting is defaulted to be turned on.
SentriSmart users can manage their End of Showing notification preferences within the Sentrilock REALTOR® Lockbox website. Use the following steps to manage whether you want to receive End of Showing notifications:
- Go to the Manage My Account tab.
- Go to the Preferences tab.
- Check or uncheck the box to enable/disable receiving End of Showing notifications.
- If the End of Showing option is checked, the user will receive notifications for End of Showing.
- If the End of Showing option is unchecked, the user will not receive notifications for End of Showing.
- Click the Save Changes button.
