The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) has launched a national fundraising campaign to support the Canadian Red Cross' 2023 Alberta Fires Appeal.

CREA’s proposed amendment to the REALTOR^® Code was passed at their AGM on April 18, which incorporates REALTOR^® Cooperation as an ethical obligation starting January 2024.

Please note that CREB® will be closed on April 7 for Good Friday.

The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is looking to implement a REALTOR^® Cooperation Policy.

As the seasons change, you should consider the different hazards they bring.

To ensure CREB^® members are aligned with the MLS^® System Listing Rules, and maintain data integrity on Pillar 9™, CREB^® Member Practice will once again be running quarterly compliance audits. 

It was disappointing for our members to learn of CREA’s plans for REALTOR.ca in recent articles in REM and Inman.

Being one in 7,000 is a unique thing but when four of our very own REALTORS^® are recognized we have to celebrate.

The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) will be surveying members from across the country to identify challenges and opportunities for REALTORS^® relating to inbound and outbound international transactions.
