CREB^®’s Board of Directors exists for one focused purpose—to serve the best interests of you, the member. 

As of Jan. 3, 2022, all new listings that are conditionally sold must be reported on the MLS^® System as “Pending.” Listing agents are responsible for updating their listings within two business days to reflect the actual status of the property.

If you plan to show properties that are accessible only by a non-SentriLock lockbox, then it’s your responsibility to have the necessary tools in place to facilitate property access. 

In last week’s CREB^® Chat, I discussed how our bylaws establish the Board of Directors' role as the organization's stewards on behalf of its members. 

The regularly scheduled March 28 board of directors meeting came shortly after the March 15 Special General Meeting, which provided some time to think about the historic decision members made.
