Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) members voted in favour of making REALTOR.ca a taxable wholly owned subsidiary of CREA at the 2024 Special General Meeting held on October 23, 2024.

On Oct. 23, CREB^® Board Chair Christian Twomey and Chair-Elect Susanita de Diego will represent CREB^® at the CREA SGM that is being held to vote on CREA’s proposal to turn REALTOR.ca into a wholly owned taxable subsidiary.

As of Sept. 24, 2024, the zoning information on REMapList™ has been updated. The auto-populated zoning data now reflects the new land use changes in Calgary following the blanket rezoning that took effect on Aug. 6, 2024.
