It’s my great pleasure to share the news that CREB^®’s Board of Directors has approved the CREB^® Campus Initiative - a transformational renovation project set to invigorate our building by creating an atmosphere that truly unites our membership.

CREB^®'s Help Desk will be open as usual this Saturday, Nov. 11, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.  In lieu of Remembrance Day, all of CREB^® will be closed on Dec. 27 instead.

We are thrilled to announce the CREB^® 2024 Forecast Conference, a landmark event designed exclusively for our valued community of real estate professionals.

RECA has recently proposed a new licensing framework that separates the real estate license into five separate licenses: residential, commercial, agribusiness (rural), and a further division in property management between commercial and residential.

As you might expect, it was a full house last week as board and association leaders from across the country eagerly participated in CREA’s Oct. 18 special general meeting and open forum on the future of REALTOR.ca.
