Preparations continue for significant member engagement on AREA-CREB^® consolidation in 2023.

We scratched the surface in our announcement to CREB^® members, and while we prepare for more robust communications in the New Year, we wanted to reinforce the main advantages (key drivers) of the consolidation plan with AREA.

CREA’s REALTOR^® Cooperation Policy that was slated to take effect on Jan. 1, 2023, is no longer valid. A more extensive process with increased member feedback has been initiated across Canadian real estate boards and associations regarding this policy.
