The Alberta government is transitioning its online land title search services from SPIN2 to ARLO, its new digital land registry system.

Support clients experiencing tenancy issues with confidence. The Centre for Public Legal Education Alberta (CPLEA) offers a free tenancy law course covering key Alberta tenancy laws, tenant rights, common legal issues and options for resolving disputes inside and outside the court system.

Consistent with trends throughout most of 2026, both sales activity and the number of new listings coming onto the market have continued to trend down compared with 2025 levels. In August, sales in Calgary were 1,660 units, down 16 per cent compared with last year, while new listings fell by nearly 10 per cent to 3,141 units.
