Member requested – member tested – member driven

In 2016 changes were initially made to multi-unit listings as part of the migration of commercial listings into Matrix™. Since then, CREB® has received feedback from members asking for changes and limits on commercial listings.

If you currently have residential multi-unit listings posted, which contain four or fewer units, your listings will be migrated to the new multi-unit structure.

The changes to multi-unit listings will also align CREB®’s data with RECA licensing requirements.

Watch this short video for a quick explanation of the new multi-unit features.
